CAN I RENT MY UNIT?

Although we don't deny owners the privilege of renting their unit, we also don't encourage it.

​

The maximum number of rentals within a condominium neighborhood, before negatively affecting the values of other properties in the association, is 80%. After that number is reached, it becomes difficult to obtain financing for new owners to purchase homes in the area.

The attached PDF file contains the documents required to be submitted to Lakeview Association and also to the main office of Twin Lakes Village. 

Please review these documents and present signed copies to the appropriate parties prior to renting your property.  Also, please make your property management company aware of the conditions for renting your unit.
